Job Description:

To review and analyze subsidiaries accounts and subconsolidation
Preparation of Group Consolidation
Assist in audit and preparation of entity and group level statutory accounts
To review accuracy of subsidiary accounts and reporting
To liaise with overseas subsidiaries on group accounting matters
To perform intercompany reconciliation and monitor subsidiaries??? intercompany balances
To administer Head Office allocation
To prepare monthly group consolidation
To prepare quarterly head office reporting package
Assist Finance Manager/ Group Accountant in coordination and implementation of any adhoc projects
Assist in the review and improvements of business processes
Assist in the analysis and research on potential business mergers and acquisitions
Assist in audit and preparation of entity and group level statutory accounts
Banking Matters and Reporting
