    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description: -


    •Answering phone calls from Owners and making appointments for vet consults;


    •Call Owners for the next-day surgeries, allergy test..


    •Taking care of incoming and outgoing emails @customerservices emails;


    •Uploading all the external lab reports, other clinic hx to Vetlink system;


    •Attending to Owners and handle Owners with passion and friendly manners;


    •Well taking care of the front desk & waiting areas' cleanliness and tidiness ;


    •Liaison with various clinics and hospitals for medical information via email;


    •Handle & uploading various form & documents with Owner eg; registration form; surgeries & treatment form; hospitalisation form & etc;


    •Able to handle hospital system well (can learn)


    •Liaison with external lab for different diagnostic test;


    •Able to understand some medical terms;


    •Mustn't be afraid of animals;
