Roles & Responsibilities

We are representing our client in the Shipping industry to look for an experienced Senior Application Developer to complement the existing team. The incumbent is responsible for system development and maintenance based on the system design and instruction given by the team lead.

Responsibilities

 Understand business requirements and translate application features.
 Write high-quality source code and comply with best practices to meet project deadlines.
 Develop product features and continuous improvement.
 Debug and troubleshoot applications.
 Perform and/or assist functional and non-functional testing before release.
 Develop and maintain technical documents and handbooks.

Requirements

Degree in IT or equivalent discipline
Minimum 5-years' active hands-on experience in application development using ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#, Angular JS, , SQL Server 2012/above.
Minimum 2 years in dept knowledge and experience in modern UI Framework such as , Angular or React.
Experience working with message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ/SQS etc.)
Experience in project development with Agile Scrum Methodology.
Experience in Azure and applying source control management with Git.
Experience in using reporting tools like SQL reporting service.
Knowledge of Parallel Programming, optimization, and Microservice will be an added advantage.
