[What the role is]


The People & Culture team attracts, develops, engages, and retains human capital so that they can effectively support NCSS's mission and purpose.


As a member in the People Relations team, you will be in a position of influence where you will have direct access to business units and feel the pulse of the organisation.

You will engage with multiple stakeholders, facilitating HR payroll, benefits administration, event coordination and operations.

[What you will be working on]

  • Partner the business on all benefits, insurance purchase, claims and payroll administration with accuracy and adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with payroll vendor to resolve any benefits welfare gifts, foregone bonus, EOM recovery, claims or payroll issues.
  • Ensure data accuracies in Workday, billing from and billing to various government agencies and audit.
  • Temp hiring, TIVO administration, onboarding, offboarding and leave administration.
  • Other adhoc initiatives and projects may be assigned.
