Description
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for execution of all technical elements of development, innovation and renovation products (e.g. formulation, processing, specifications, and safety include passed microbe challenge test)
- Midterm Idea creation: actively volunteers ideas for improvement and constantly seeks ways of improving processes and outcomes, as well to capture new opportunity
- Lead collaboration with other commercial areas such as with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing and other R&D teams for implementing of new product (innovation) and renovation of formula.
- To conduct sensory tests for new highly complex formulas, ingredients, and support the coordination of research and development programs.
- Identify obstacles and discuss of solutions
- Confirm understanding and takes personal responsibility to deliver result
- Proposal of technical solutions on formula & process with high probability to be implemented
- Maintain the cost of RM in formula within target
Job Requirements
- Skills required based on functional competencies defined in the applicable roles (competency; description of the competence; level of competence required)
- Experience and qualifications based on the technical and functional requirement
- Strong analytical skills with problem solving and critical thinking
- Drive innovation and creative
- Scientific and technical knowledge regarding beverage and food
- Good communication and collaboration skills
