Job summary
The Structure Engineer will be responsible for ensuring proper risk assessment is in place to provide a safe working environment for the workforce by periodically reviewing risks and hazards associated with the workplace. The engineer will also respond to technical queries from subordinates to account for timely project completion by consulting relevant parties such as mould loft and engineering department.Responsibilities
- Monitor quality of welding and NDT completion on end products to prevent carry over work to next station.
- Set daily targets for workforce to achieve timely project completion.
- Study production drawings to spot possible mistakes or possible fabrication issues.
