    Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Quantitative Research Executive to join our research team. The role involves managing and executing research projects tailored to client needs, from initial planning to final delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and confidence in engaging with diverse stakeholders.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with clients to design and plan research projects based on their objectives and requirements.
    • Script questionnaires and ensure accurate questionnaire logic for seamless data collection.
    • Define and manage sampling plans to meet project objectives.
    • Oversee the distribution of surveys to targeted online respondents, ensuring sample quality and response rates.
    • Monitor quantitative fieldwork, ensuring adherence to timelines and project schedules.
    • Code open-ended text responses when necessary.
    • Prepare SPSS reports for client use and ensure data integrity.
    • Analyze and interpret collected data to extract meaningful insights.
    • Create impactful, actionable reports and presentations in PowerPoint.
    • Present findings and insights to clients in a clear and professional manner.
    • Address complex client queries and resolve issues effectively.
    • Conduct additional research tasks, such as reviewing survey links, validating quantitative data tables, and preparing tabulation specifications.
    • Manage administrative tasks, including client and vendor contract management and payment processing.
    • Contribute to special projects and team initiatives as needed.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Strong skills in quantitative analysis, data tabulation, and interpretation.
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Team-oriented yet capable of working independently when required.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, with intermediate to advanced expertise.
