Description
Lead site safety and field quality checks

  • Site survey and execution feasibility check
  • Supervise onsite contractual administration and specification compliance
  • Serve as Company/ project single point of contact for onsite subcontractor management
  • Interface with operations for execution windows and ensure compliance to Company permittowork system
  • Report progress, subcontractor performance, initiatives and concerns to Company representatives.
  • Verify site progress and endorse subcontractor invoices/ work completion certificates
  • Participate in Pre Startup Safety review walks and record punchlists for followup actions
  • Prepare site execution schedules and discuss with Operations for safe execution of the work
  • Prepare/ assists cost estimates for the project and technical bid analysis for recommendation to Company representatives
  • Proven working experience as Construction Lead with at least 8 years experience working in EPC projects
  • Excellent knowledge of permittowork systems
  • Safety Leader and ability to coach/ mentor subcontractor field supervisors and workers
  • Knowledge of MS Office skills
  • Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
  • Proven working experience as Construction Lead with at least 8 years experience working in EPC projects
  • Excellent knowledge of permittowork systems

Pay:
$10, $12,000.00 per month
