    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Check invoices, match PO with invoices and verify discrepancies.
    • Prepare and maintain monthly bank reconciliation & cash flows
    • Prepare monthly vendor payments, account vendor invoices and staff claims, etc.
    • Assist in quarterly GST reporting
    • Assist in monthly, quarterly and year end closing
    • Assist in audit reporting
    • Other Ad Hoc duties as assigned

    Requirements

    • Diploma/Degree in accountancy or equivalent
    • Entry level candidates with no working experience are welcome to apply
    • Knowledge on project accounting or experience with Sage Accpac accounting software will be an advantage
    • Proficiency in MS office
    • Possess good working attitude
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadline
    • Able to deal with Mandarin speaking client in China
