[What the role is]- Provide full range of administrative support and customer service to learners and organisations for courses under assigned portfolio(s).- Provide good customer experience to learners and all other stakeholders by adhering to the service standard guidelines.
Other duties as assigned[What we are looking for]Personal Competencies:1. Customer-centric2. Able to multi-task3. Problem-solving skills4. Proactive, self-driven5. Organised and systematic6. Detail-oriented, meticulousSkills & Knowledge:1. Effective communication and interpersonal skills2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel3.
Good writing skillsExperience:
At least 1 year of working experience in training administration
Preferred:
Relevant experience in CET Centre.
