**Job Desciptions:

Coffee Preparation:


  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cocktails, mocktails and other beverages, adhering to quality standards.
  • Consistently follow recipes and brewing techniques to deliver a superior coffee experience.

Customer Service:


  • Ensure that Anatta provide a world class customer service is delivered consistently
  • Take customer orders, provide recommendations, and answer any inquiries about our coffee offerings.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillment to enhance customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge:


  • Stay informed about different coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
  • Educate customers about our coffee selections, highlighting special blends and seasonal offerings.

Store Maintenance

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including coffee machines, countertops, and brewing equipment.
  • Adhere to sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and healthy environment.

POS Handling

  • Support on handling sales transactions if needed in the operations
  • Ensure that the customer have a smooth checkout process.

Upselling and Promotion:


  • Recommend additional items such as pastries, snacks, or specialty drinks to complement the customer's order.
  • Participate in promoting special offers and introducing our Culinary School.

Team Collaboration:


  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders.
