We aim to provide fun and enjoyable sessions that players learn something from each time, using a guided discovery method alongside expert full time coaches to help bring the best out of the coaches we are one of the leading clubs in Singapore for player development.


Job Description:


The role is mainly evenings and weekends so applicants must be able to be free those days, especially for a couple of hours on a Sunday for matches.


  • Support the Programme Manager in the organisation and delivery of a vibrant, creative & progressive program
  • To ensure that all Academy players adhere to club values and show a high level of respect and discipline.
  • To adhere to the Coaches Code of Conduct.
  • Develop and maintain a professional relationship with the students and parents
  • To take responsibility for the care and maintenance of all age group training equipment and playing kit.
  • To assess trialists at both training and games and feedback to the Academy Programme Manager
  • Liaise across the multidisciplinary departments to support the players within the phase and support the alignment across the club.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders: parents, coaches, providers.
  • To liaise with players/parents in a professional manner
  • Abide by all club policies including (but not exclusive to) Safeguarding, Equality, and Health & Safety
