We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Director to lead our portfolio of intricate ICT/Engineering projects in partnership with Transport Authorithy client.

This role offers a chance to shape the future of the rail and land transport sectors, leveraging advanced ICT solutions.

As the Project Director, you will spearhead large, ICT & Engineering projects within the rail and land transport sectors for our esteemed client, LTA.

Leveraging your industry expertise, you will ensure these projects meet quality, schedule, and cost benchmarks while actively pursuing business development avenues.


What we seek to accomplish together

Project & Service Management:


  • Direct all project phases, from initiation and planning to execution and completion.
  • Monitor and control project schedules, quality standards, and budgets.
  • Address scope definitions, project disputes, and integration challenges, ensuring aligned outcomes.
  • Supervise the project's financials and ensure precise cost/revenue forecasting.
  • Mitigate project overruns and transition projects seamlessly into operations in line with client requirements.

Customer/Vendor/Stakeholder Management:


  • Oversee contracts and subcontractor engagements.
  • Foster stakeholder engagement and champion decisions that optimize project outcomes.
  • Cultivate enduring client relationships, consistently exceeding their expectations.
  • Implement change controls in sync with customer needs and business imperatives.

Business Development:


  • Proactively pinpoint areas for service expansion or improvement.
  • Engage in tender processes, provide strategic inputs, and ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Collaborate with the presales team to guarantee that proposals are thoroughly analyzed in terms of benefits and costs.

Team Management:


  • Lead and inspire a highcaliber team, instilling a culture of innovation.
  • Administer team performance, ensuring individual and staff productivity.
  • Champion professional growth within the team, facilitating continuous skill enhancement.

A little about you

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • About 15 years of notable project management experience, preferably with prior engagements with LTA.
  • Experience managing integrated communication systems projects is highly preferred.
  • Selfdriven, exuding a proactive and positive demeanor.
  • Stellar presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to forge and nurture professional relationships.
  • Willingness to travel as necessitated by projects.
