As an IT specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security controls at key IT systems and processes to secure the IT environment of QCP Capital workloads on-premise and on cloud.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams across IT and business to create and drive security solutions to effectively address cyber security risks, build trust, and achieve our business goals.

Role

Design, develop, implement and maintain identity and access management (IAM) and privileged access management (PAM) solutions for onpremise and cloud workloads
Review and comply with relevant and applicable regulations as they relate to IAM and PAM
Maintain IAM and PAM policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
Support and drive IAM and PAMrelated governance and regulatory activities
Perform PAM support functions including:
vaulting and maintaining privileged accounts in PAM solution

- manage activities associated with privileged access and identities

Perform IAM and PAM administration functions, such as
Provision and deprovision user access as part of staff movement
Implement IAM initiatives such as Single-Sign On and Multi-Factor Authentication
Maintain the function permissions in role and check for segregation of duties (SOD) conflicts
Develop procedures to maintain access security and protect systems from unauthorized use, acts of nature and user abuse.
Support adoption of cloud IAM best practices, such as adopting IAM roles / crossaccount access, IAM access keys, cloud IAM policies, etc.
Perform periodic access reviews and attestations
Initiate user access review and attestation on a regular basis to ensure no obsolete account or excessive access are granted
Involve in projects which include managing vendor, testing, implementation support, etc.
Ensure security solutions are working and comply with policy and procedures. Respond and remediate timely on any service outages with customer satisfaction as priority.
Operate independently and accomplish engineering and operation tasks within the agreed timeline
Collaborate with various stakeholders to design and enhance IT service management processes, such as change management, incident management, problem management and asset management.
Lead IT security engineering projects to strengthen IT security posture at QCP Capital

Qualifications

23 years of working experience in IAM and PAM. Experience designing and implementing IAM and PAM offtheshelf solutions and cloud identity projects would be advantageous.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Team player and ability to work independently when the need arise
Strong organisation skills and keen attention to details
Ability code and relevant industry / cloud certifications would be a bonus
