WOG Desktop Support.
VVIP Desktop Support for Singapore Customs Director General, Deputy Director General and HODs.
The scope of work, not limited to the following, for desktop resource is:
Liaise and work with facilities management providers to attend and resolve issues, problems and process service requests.

Maintain the patch management and software distribution tools to ensure end devices are up to date with security fixes and patches.

Plan and assist the technical refresh of end point devices.

Assist for End Point IT Securities such as white-listing software, anti-virus software and definition files, desktop firewall rules and data encryption are in place.

Assist Desktop team on any procurement request.
