**Roles & Responsibilities


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure timely and accurate billing invoice (AP / AR)
  • Prepare monthly collection and payment report
  • Ensure all finance related data is accurate and up to date
  • Assist in any tasks assigned by supervisor
  • Mapping all invoices with delivery order prior payment
  • Assist in other accounting adhoc matters when required
  • Other administration work

Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in accounts
  • LCCI or Diploma in Accounting
  • A team player and able to work independently
  • Able to adapt in a fastpaced environment
  • Knowledge of Auto count accounting system would be an advantage
