This position reports to the director and interfaces with the Organisation manager is committed to an employee-orientated, high-performance culture that emphasizes, quality, continuous improvement, and ongoing development of a workplace


Individuals to be involved in:

• Provide professional consultation and advice on beauty treatment to customers, boost and bring sales for the company.
• Build and maintain customer relationship
• Handle inquiries from customers
• Ensure all inquiries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally
• Work closely with the team to achieve the sales objectives
• To follow up and monitor the improvement of the customer's condition
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment used
• Other admin duties assigned by the management
