Description
Responsible for 1st level troubleshooting in Operating system Managing and updating Windows patches for Desktops and Laptops.- Desktop Support through remote access Coordination with clients and customer regarding their problems
- Installation, support and troubleshooting of software, hardware, and peripheral device
- Monitoring. Troubleshoot. Windows Laptop/Printer
- Training will be provided
- Any other adhoc duties assigned / required
