    The Sales and Marketing Executive provides comprehensive administrative and marketing support to a team, ensuring smooth operations and project execution. They will handle a variety of tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, creating presentations, assisting with social media management, event management and providing general administrative support.

    What the day will look like

    Marketing Support

    • Manage and direct sales inquiries to the appropriate team members through effective use of Aon Connect
    • Create and maintain presentations, documents, and spreadsheets
    • Create and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
    • Help develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis for RFP
    • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics.
    • Ensure weekly sales and jeopardy reports are accurate and updated.
    • Responsible for corporate gifts stock
    • Gebiz coordinator for opportunities/tenders
    • Assist with social media management, including creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.

    Administrative Support

    • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and book travel arrangements for HOD.
    • Process invoices, handle expense reports, and manage petty cash for HOD.
    • Onboarding for new hires including administrative and IT requirements.
    • Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are organized and easily accessible.
    • Create new prospect/client codes and ensure accurate time recording from team.
    • Ad-hoc team admin tasks - printing and couriers of documents and items.
    • Team BCP coordinator.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by HOD.

    Delivering Aon United Coordinator

    • Organize and track all client planning sessions.
    • Submit and coordinate research on targeted DAU accounts such as the redsheet.
    • Ensure Client Planning, Outreach and Surveys are completed in a timely fashion and track in Aon Connect
    • Maintain accurate DAU and Jeopardy reports for management reporting

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Working knowledge of social media platforms and graphics.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
