Description

Job Objectives

Improve operational efficiency and productivity of various departments through redesigning departmental workflow via technology exploitation.

Maintain hardware and software cost effectiveness by implementing uniform computing software platform (eg. Operation System and standard office application) and acquisition of hardware of the same make.

Maximizing access to information and utilization of all Club's communication and computer resource through automation and process streamlining.

Integrate the various systems implemented within the club seamlessly to achieve maximum benefits.

Job Responsibilities

Server Support

• Working with Windows Server, Domain Controller, Active Directory, DHCP, Backups, SQL Server, HyperV, etc.
• Installation and troubleshooting of Windows Service OS
• Ensuring the high level of systems and infrastructure availability

Network Support

• Working with LANs/WANs, Routers/Managed Switches, firewall, DNS, DHCP, Enterprise-grade Wi-Fi, VPN.
• Monitoring and fault finding for issues related to network connectivity.
• Executing planned maintenance on a network to support network growth

Job Requirement

• Degree in Computer Science
• At least 2 years' relevant working experience
• Experience in a hospitality or Club environment would be a definite advantage
• Highly resourceful, merticulous, independent, enthusiastic, organised, results-driven, customer oriented and able to multi task.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill
• Able to work under tight deadlines.
