**Our client is an Aerospace MNC, market leader in the Manufacturing industry. They are looking for a Engineering Manager for the next phrase of their business. They are located in West.

Responsibilities:

Lead the Engineering team to provide responsive operational support and timely technical solutions.
Oversee and manage engineering activities to ensure they meet KPI, budgets, and other expectations.
Oversee and manage direct engineering staff activities to support sales, manufacturing, and quality.
Review new work opportunities and provide accurate technical costing and budgets.
Lead the Engineering team in delivering timely New Product Introductions.
Improve product profitability through enhanced manufacturing methods.
Manage product or process transfers from other divisions.
Stay updated on latest technologies and drive innovation.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers.
Manage through Leadership Effectiveness to motivate and inspire.
Any adhoc duty as assigned
