Description

Role Purpose
The role is responsible for the timely and accurate receipting in IMOS system and preparation of various AR reports.

Role Accountabilities

Finance Functions

Download daily receipt from banks and update the receipt status in control file.
Posting of approved AR invoices in IMOS.
Allocation of receipts to their respective AR invoice.
Ensure AR posting and receipting are correctly interfaced from IMOS to SAP.
Request for creation of new customer in SAP.
Assist to issue AR billing in IMOS
Attend to queries by Ops/Postfix team on all ARrelated item (Unposting of PFFI (Proforma Final Freight Invoice)/tracking of funds/customer refund etc)
Assist in preparation of AR reconciliation schedule.
Assist in updating invoice notes in IMOS.
Assist to follow up and clear AR outstanding balances in SAP & IMOS.
Assist ops to issue AR hire invoices

Others

Ad hoc analysis related to AR
Any other tasks as assigned
