Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that all Minimum Service Standards (x 5) are met monthly.
  • Manages a team of 15 staff, comprising of 2 x Team Leads (of which 1 of the two is also doubling up as the Deputy Head Training Administration), 2 x Deputy Team Leads and 11 staffs.
  • Supervises three core functional areas' KPIs; (a) Call Centre and Customer Relations Management, (b) Scheduling and (c) Programme. You will ensure the quality deliverance of services across the three functional areas.
  • Secretary to the Bi-Monthly meeting with the client to report on operational matters and a Quarterly Business Owners' Meeting with IAL and eServ management to report on SLAs and volumetrics.
  • Provides directions, resolutions and/or recommendations to the team when necessary.
  • Assists any of the three teams, due to a sudden increase in workload and/or shortage of manpower.
  • Oversees the entire training administration's daily activities.
  • Prepare and submit monthly Request for Billing (RFB) to ST Finance.
Qualifications


Skills and Competencies:

  • Degree or equivalent in business, operations management, data analytics or related fields.
  • At least 8 years of experience in the management of customer service, training/operations, service planning, and involved in the handling of process improvement and data analysis.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and lead team effectively and to ensure that the deployed personnel are loyal, committed to good performance and have the knowledge that they need to do their jobs well.
  • Process strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to give clear instructions and guidance to the team, provide great customer service, and handle high level escalations.
  • Has strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret information from numerous sources to address and rectify issues, find focused solutions to business problems, and identify areas
  • Strong grounding in governance, performance management, project management (Especially prior experience in achieving smooth and efficient transition from the incumbent service provider), innovative in-service management.
5-day Workweek

0830hrs to 1800hrs

  • Purely WFO.
