• Diagnose client needs and provide recommendations for workplace learning solutions
• Cocreate custom courseware that meets the specific needs of each client
• Implement workplace learning training programs, ensuring smooth delivery and highquality outcomes
• Evaluate project outcomes and provide regular progress reports to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all projectrelated queries
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall quality of workplace learning solutions

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proven experience in project management, with a focus on workplace learning and development is preferred but not a must
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and deadlinedriven environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
