Administrative Executive - Singapore - ONECARE PLUS PTE. LTD.
Description
Front desk support - Reception of guests by greeting, welcoming, assisting, and hosting them appropriately. Including the arrangement of refreshments where appropriate.- Coordinate and manage the booking of the meeting rooms.
- Oversee office, meeting rooms, pantry, storeroom housekeeping, maintenance, and cleanliness. Including the replenishment of all the necessary materials.
- Handle all telephone inquiries promptly and professionally by ensuring the messages are passed on to the staff members on a timely basis.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and parcel processes (local and overseas couriers)
- Manage office administration including but not limited to procurement of office and pantry supplies, etc.
- Stationary Ordering and Packing to be courier out to the respective Clinics
- Managing and planning of Directors' schedule; to sent out reminders of schedules.
- Provide support and/or coordination for company events and projects.
- To obtain maintenance and repair services for the office premises and office equipment
- Any other adhoc duties assigned by the superior/management.
- Min 2 years of expereience in relevant positon, related diploma in Business Administration
- Experience with MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)
- Accuracy and good attention to detail
- Good Organization and Time Management Skills
- Good written and verbal communications skills in English
- Handson and proactive with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Tactful, discrete and respect for confidentiality
