    Roles & Responsibilities

    Location: Geylang Bahru

    Working day: 5.5 days/ week, Alt Saturday

    Responsibilities:

    • Job scheduling for operations personnel
    • Ensuring timely task completion
    • Manage customer communications and paperwork
    • Maintain inventory records.
    • Coordinate with customers on job logistics
    • Overseeing installation teams' logistics, and addressing customer service calls.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years relevant working experiences.
    • Attention to detail and ability to monitor progress
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers
