Posting Date: 14 May 2024Reporting to the Team Lead, you will manage various initiatives that would promote and strengthen strategic relations across the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre (AMC) and its stakeholders.
This includes the facilitation of external collaborations and coordination of joint partnership programmes across SingHealth, Duke-NUS Medical School, NUS, and Duke Health in Durham, USA.
You will manage the AMC website, which includes overseeing the functionality of the website, evaluating website performance, developing new web content, and ensuring timely and clear information dissemination on Academic Medicine initiatives.
You will also partner the Academic Clinical Programmes (ACPs) in developing effective outreach efforts to engage clinical leaders, faculties, researchers and administrators across various institutions.
As part of the Academic Liaison and Strategic Relations team, you will manage the planning and coordination of Academic Visits, Academic Sharing events and communications efforts in Academic Medicine (e.g. collaterals/posters, webinars, events and conferences).
Another key responsibility includes managing the process for joint appointments of ACP Leadership positions and organising AMcompass induction sessions and online resources.
Other aspects of academic liaison and communications include support for academic exchanges, joint appointments for faculty with Duke, coordinating academic visits and the academic visiting scholars programme.
To facilitate collaborations, the job holder will also organise and coordinate various projects and initiatives to support faculty networking, coordinate NUS visitor accounts and access, procurement support, IHL grants, Duke-NUS fixed assets management and other academic partnership activities with Duke-NUS/NUS/Duke.
Requirements:
- Degree with at least 24 years' relevant experience and strong track record of stakeholder management, and driving multifaceted projects with good outcomes
- Good organisational skills with the ability to carry out analytical and coordination work
- Experience in managing events, communications and websites will be advantageous
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Canva, Tableau
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Team player and a strong collaborator
- Selfmotivated with the initiative to complete tasks and projects assigned
