You'll be a great fit if you have:
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
- A hunter mentality with the ability to source exceptional talent.
- A passion for the recruitment industry and a desire to learn and grow.

- Experience in a specific industry (e.g., tech, healthcare, finance)
- A strong network of contacts within your niche.
- Knowledge of recruitment software and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
