    Description

    Job responsibilities:

    . Assist the Design Manager/Assistant Manager as and when needed and to cover their duties in their absence.

    . Able to facilitate and lead discussions/brainstorms among team members or stakeholders.

    . Act as a brand gatekeeper and responsible for alignment of designs according to brand guidelines.

    . Able to ideate and contribute to campaign concepts.

    . Able to develop video storyboards and photography moodboards.

    . Present visual designs, concepts and storyboards to internal teams and stakeholders.

    . Daily supervision and coaching of junior creatives in terms of concept, visual development and
    aesthetics optimisation.

    . Manage workflow and ensure timely completion of projects by junior creatives.

    . Adept at a variety of design projects, such as branding, print and digital advertising, company literature,
    social media, events, websites, merchandise etc.

    . Able to prepare appropriate working files for digital/print/production.

    . Communicate with and coordinate across various stakeholders and other external production resources to
    ensure optimal delivery of thematic according to proposed designs.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    . At least +7 years of working experience in an advertising environment.

    . Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design/Visual Communications or its equivalent.

    . Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office on MAC platform.

    . Must have strong art direction and conceptual abilities across advertising disciplines.

    . Able to turn work around quickly to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    . Have a strong grasp of current digital mediums from social, digital display and .com platforms.

    . Experience in ATL/BTL promotional/tactical design work and good knowledge in Print Production
    & Colour Management skills.

    . Good teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.

    . Good project management skills.

    . Accuracy and attention to detail.

    . Able to work on several projects simultaneously with minimal supervision, efficiently, resourcefully, and approach all jobs with a marketing perspective.
