Responsibilities

• Lead a team in the execution of the leasing strategies
• Prospect for new tenants and work with appointed agents to source for suitable tenants
• Responsible for negotiating lease renewals
• Finalise lease agreements and other leasing related documentation
• Review and recommend position and tenancy mix of new existing property
• Conduct competitive market research and monitor market trends
• Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy related matters
• Prepare annual budget and forecast for properties assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate of Business, or any other relevant discipline
• Minimum 10 years' experience in retail leasing
• Bilingual
• Outstanding track record in marketing and leasing of retail and commercial properties
• Dynamic personality with strong leadership traits
