- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within the industrial sector in Singapore.
- Identify and prioritize key accounts and business opportunities, including new market segments and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services, and to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes impacting the industrial sector in Singapore.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local regulations and requirements governing industrial operations in Singapore.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Degree in Engineering, Business Management / Marketing or equivalent
- Minimally 5 years of experience within a service contracting environment in the industrial sector
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English; Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Completed or be prepared to undertake appropriate approved internal courses
- Class 3/3A Driving License
- In-depth knowledge of local regulations and requirements governing industrial operations in Singapore
- Strong understanding of industrial products, processes and technologies, preferably within Services company
- Excellent communication and negotition skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Preferably Singapore / Singapore PR
