Job Description:

This role requires individuals to be pro-active and independent. He/she will report to the Director and Sales Manager of GL Career Path LLP.


Specific Responsibility:

• Attend inhouse trainings and weekly meetings
• Define and implement sales proposals for new and existing clients
• Forecasting of sales KPI
• Market research and crossselling of products
• Arranging of sales documents and follow up on client's enquiries
• Hiring of new sales representatives

Competencies:

• Human resource skills
• Interpersonal skills ( Communicate with team and management, Ability to handle conflict, Mediate problems, Negotiate and persuade new and existing clients etc)
• Knowledge on local business operations
