Job Summary:
Our client is an established global Real Estate Investment Management firm.

Role based in Singapore, our client is hiring an experienced professional as Communications Director with strong international outlook to lead their global funds portfolio.

Leading a team directly under this role, you will be managing the full spectrum of corporate communications and executive communications strategies and execution including corporate brand strategy, reputation management, as well as corporate marketing campaigns and events.

You will develop and execute communications strategies and programmes across business units and geographies, creating engaging content to position the company as an industry leader and thought leader and drive positive media coverage.

You will also be leading PR, proactively developing and managing relationships with members of key media across markets, including identifying media opportunities, pitching media stories and manage media requests.

Lead communications related business continuity planning as well as manage issues/incident
- related communications.


Job Requirements:

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism will be an advantage
• Minimum 15 years of related corporate communications experience in a multinational company, with at least 5 years in a regional or global communications leadership role. Work experience in a real estate fund/ investment management company will be an advantage
• Deep experience working with Csuite executives and ability to translate management goals into communications actions to build company brand and reputation
• Expertise in crafting compelling thought leadership content and extensive successful writing and editing experience
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin (written and verbal) to perform translation work and handle any queries, feedback and concerns from other language speaking business counterparts
• Independent, resultsdriven and meticulous, able to lead and execute projects and deliver under tight deadlines
• Familiar with social media platforms and the production of content on multimedia channels
