Description

Responsibilities:

•Support the Mechanical maintenance team for plant and equipment maintenance

•Conduct scheduled plant inspections to ensure compliance with maintenance regimes and safety regulations.

•Coordinate all Mechanical Maintenance programs, including PM and CM activities.

•Manage and optimize planned maintenance during minor and major overhauls and inspections.

•Analyze failures of mechanical systems and components, recommending corrective actions and conducting troubleshooting.

•Evaluate and implement plant improvement projects to enhance reliability and performance.

•Supervise maintenance contract works and prepare work procedures for all maintenance activities.

•Manage equipment parts and services procurement, adhering to technical specifications.

•Track department budget expenditure against approved allocations.

•Effectively support and manage the maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety and excellence in the industry.

Requirements:

•Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in plant maintenance in Oil and Gas industries

•Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

•Sound Mechanical Engineering Maintenance Knowledge

•Knowledge of safety and statutory requirement will be an advantage.

•Self-motivated team player with analytical mind, strong planning and problem-solving skills.
