    Job Responsibilities
    • Support the implementation of ISO20022 Project with cooperation of HO related departments, Singapore and other overseas offices
    • Enhancement of operation standardization in Asia-Pacific region.
      To take the lead and provide proper guidance and support to Asia-Pacific offices in regional projects to
      improve their operational efficiency & effectiveness
    • Enhancement of BCP resilience in Asia-Pacific region.
    • Strengthening of Operational Risk in Asia-Pacific region
      > Devise and introduce strategies to prevent, eliminate & mitigate operational risks of overseas offices by providing opinions and advices for streamlining of workflow and processes, system enhancement projects, new product and services
      > Review and analyze overseas offices' operational workflow and identify potential bottlenecks and operational lapses to reduce operational errors

      Developing national staffs in Asia-Pacific region through training


    Job Requirements
    Functional Knowledge:
    • Business-level proficiency in English (verbal & written) is mandatory as the incumbent is expected to read & understand documents as well as respond and communicate with all levels within the organization (project members, and overseas offices).
    • Business-level proficiency in Japanese (verbal & written) is preferred but not mandatory as the incumbent is expected to read & understand documents as well as respond and communicate with all levels within the organization (project members, HQ teams, and overseas offices) including management in Tokyo (Head Office) .
    • Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications
      Job Experience: Diverse knowledge of various back-office operations (Loans, Treasury, Trade, Remittance, Deposit), Operations Planning and Risk Management.
