Warehouse Manager - Singapore - A&T CFS PTE. LTD.
Description
Overseeing daily operations- Maintain close relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan and hire field specialists to ensure operations are well managed at all times.
- Oversee the maintenance
- Lead and coach a team of Operations Specialists and creating various training activities to ensure their growth.
- Monitor, report and provide instructions
- Oversee the establishment of SOPs in each fulfillment process.
- Management of all warehouserelated activities (inbound, outbound, and storage).
- Manage key customer's expectations with the agreed KPIs.
