    Roles & Responsibilities

    Position:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Beauty Centre Manager to lead our team and manage the day-to-day operations of our centre. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with a passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily centre operations, ensuring smooth functioning, high levels of customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety regulations.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, promote services, and enhance customer retention.
    • Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to build a highly efficient and motivated team.
    • Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and negotiate with vendors to secure competitive prices.
    • Monitor financial performance, set budget goals, and implement measures to optimize profitability.
    • Foster a positive and professional work environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
    • Ensure the centre's appearance and hygiene standards are consistently upheld.
    • Handle client complaints and concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining the centre's reputation for excellence.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, new treatments, and technologies to ensure the centre remains a market leader.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Beauty Centre Manager or similar managerial role in the beauty, spa, or wellness industry.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Knowledge of the latest beauty treatments, products, and industry trends.
    • Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
    • Competency in administrative tasks, including scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
    • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
    • A passion for the beauty industry and commitment to professional development.
    • Relevant certification or degree in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Business Management, or related field is preferred.
