Job Scope

• To research on safety culture survey questions
• To review and recommend the survey questions for implementation
• To review the criteria to be used for S&H risk profiling of Client departments.
• To update the criteria where necessary.
• To work with stakeholders to develop the risk profile of each Client department. This shall include all the risks affecting the Institute.
• To generate a report on the risk profile
• To facilitate the departments to establish and implement the SHMS
• To provide S&H advisory to the safety committee on queries related to SHMS.
• To support as auditor(s) for the DSHMS audit or Lab SHMS audit and generate audit reports.
• To review and update client Safety & Health Award audit checklist to the updated standards
• Per completion of a report.
• To review Project Risk Assessments (PRAs), including GMAC proposals review, submitted by Principal Investigators (PIs) in institute and ensure compliance to Institute S&H Manuals, Standards and legal requirements.
• To work on safety & health related projects as directed by S&H staff in ORMC (e.g. provide advisory, revise documents, conduct incident investigation and write reports, review incident report, conduct safety inspection, develop and review safety trainings, etc.).

Requirement

Preferably in Engineering or Science related

MOM-Registered WSHO

Min 8 Years of Safety & Health Management System (SHMS)

Cetified in Safety & Health Management System (ISO 45001 Lead Auditor)

Preferably 6 years WSHO experience & in IHLs

Preferably 8 Years of experience in conducting Safety & Health Management System Audits

Preferably 3 Years experience in conducting Safety & Health Management System Audits in the Institite of Higher Learning (IHLs).
