We are looking for an
Executive Administrator, People & Culture to join our People & Culture team.

Our People & Culture team plans, builds and designs people strategies to ensure that Rainbow Centre has a competent and passionate workforce to meet the aspirations of our service users.

The postholder will support the team in all people-related matters, including but not limited to operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee training and benefits.


Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for accurate data entry in HRMS for new and existing employees
  • Responsible for administration and maintenance of employee Pfiles
  • Primary support for HRMS in the areas of employee data management, leave and claim schemes
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process including but not limited to IT equipment request, payroll information and letter generation
  • Support the P&C team in administrative duties, letters generation and HR data reporting
  • Work closely with respective Strategic Partners to ensure smooth administration and implementation of people processes and operations
  • Liaise with external stakeholders (i.e. AHPC, MOM, MOE, ECDA, IRAS, CPF etc) for employment and training matters
  • Possess a good tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or related field with at least 2 years of relevant Human Resource operations experience
  • Good knowledge in employment laws and regulations
  • Able to multitask and handle voluminous documentations
  • Well organized and meticulous, with ability to prioritize and manage tight deadlines
  • A team player who enjoy working with people, collaborating and working in a team
  • Good interpersonal skill to manage stakeholders and liaise with people from all levels
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to start immediately or within a short notice is preferred
