Job Description:

• To provide alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages service to the guests according to the prescribed service rules and standards with emphasis on accuracy and speed.
• Prepares and mixes all types of drinks and cocktails, based on standardized recipes of drinks.
• Maintains and ensures the cleanliness and maintenance of the bar area, chillier, fringes, bar floor, storage areas and all equipment and tools within the bar.
• Maintains bar stock according to established par stock level.
• To arrange requisitioned items accordingly to the appropriate storage areas for the specific wines, spirits and beer barrels.
• Maintains adequate bar supplies such as napkins, straws, cocktail picks, etc., arranges them neatly in the assigned areas.
• To clean the bar chiller and wine chiller daily and to ensure proper conditions at all times.
• Prepares all mise-en-place before the service hours.
• To be pro-active in ensuring the Beer barrels are of sufficient levels for daily operations and stock up when necessary.
• Ensure the proper hygiene and cleanliness practices are in accordance to Singapore Food Agency (SFA) standards.

Job Requirements:

• At least vocational diploma in any discipline. Certificate or diploma in Bartender is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 1 year in bartender experience.
• Good knowledge in various kinds of drink and beverage, creativity in preparing new concoctions.
• Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken.
• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Singaporeans/PRs preferred
