    Job Summary:

    • Manage assignments with end-to-end process perspective.
    • Participate in projects and contribute to shop-floor decision-making.

    This position requires proactive problem-solving, procedural adjustments as needed, and cross-functional collaboration to advance team objectives. Key responsibilities include working in compliance with cGMP standards; maintaining USP suites and equipment; preparing media and buffers according to protocols; authoring/reviewing/approving SOPs/MRBs/deviations/CAPAs; executing technical/ validation protocols; contributing to technology transfer/process scale-up/supervision/laboratory activities meeting cGMP standards/training/coaching/team member development/commercial PAIs/audits/regulatory interactions/implementing improvements/waste reduction initiatives.
