- Ensures accuracy and timeliness in preparation of radiology results and reports for collection or dispatch, including and not limited to patient identification, choice of media and mode of delivery.
- Ensures patients' confidentiality at all times.
- Ensures handover of information is complete, accurate and timely.
- Communicates effectively and professionally with team mates and customers, face to face and via telephone.
- Ensures accuracy and completeness in record keeping and filing.
- Collates data in required manner conscientiously.
- Assists and tracks purchase requisitions
- Carries out office duties and functions in an expedient and professional manner.
- Other assignments as and when required.
- Minimum of O levels or equivalent
- Language competency and computer literacy are required.
