Admin Assistant - Singapore - ADVISORS' CLIQUE
Description
Looking for ADMIN ASSISTANT (Part Time / Full Time)
- Reporting to the Director and supporting general administrative works in the Agency
- Coordinate clients mailings (i.e. incoming/outgoing mails, birthday/holiday cards)
- Scheduling of interviews, booking of appointments and recruitment
- Consolidating expenses and proper filing
Job Requirements:
- No experience required
- Preferably able to commit all 5 working days (negotiable)
- Minimum of 5 working hours per day (negotiable)
- Able to start in late January/start of February
Job Types:
Fresh graduate, Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Student job
Salary:
$1, $1,800.00 per month
