    Roles & Responsibilities

    Tender Design Manager

    • Salary range: $5000 - $7000
    • Work location: Sengkang
    • Working Days: 5.5 Days [Alternate Saturday]
    • Working Hours: 9am - 6pm // 9am - 1pm

    Responsibilities

    • Study tender specifications and highlight what needs to be captured in costing
    • Check tender drawings, go through with QS on what are the items to take off, supplier quotations to request (especially for special systems like foam, linear heat, video smoke imaging)
    • Check tender clarifications / addendums for any design changes and advise cost impact
    • Highlight design deficiencies in tender drawings
    • Work out design and quantities for D&B tenders
    • Provide technical guidance & training for QS
    • Coordinate with Project / Zenith / A&A team for design queries when handing over jobs
