JOB SCOPE:
- Liaise with customers on their shipping requirements
- Arrange and coordinate multimodal shipments
- Prepare Shipping Documents (BL, AWB, Commercial Invoice & Packing List etc)
- Prepare Inventory List
- Prepare draft billing invoice
- Prepare quotation
- Perform any other tasks as assigned
- Be a key player in enhancing customer relationship for the organisation
- GCE 'A' Level / Diploma preferred
- Experience not required, but preferred
- Willing to put in hard work to contribute to company's growth
- Possess good time management and organizational skills
- Customer oriented and possess good interpersonal skills
- Team player as well as able to work independently
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
