    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Position : Administrative Assistant - Up to $2,800 – Serangoon
    • Location : Serangoon
    • Working hours : 5.5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.00PM, Saturday (WFH): 9.00AM to 1.00PM
    • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2,800 Basic + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave (1 additional day yearly, capped at 21 days)
    • Duration : Perm
    • Industry : Medical

    Responsibilities:

    • Overseeing patient care plan
    • Coordinating services
    • Communicating with clinics and business partners
    • Advocating for patients' needs.
    • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Minimum Qualifications Higher Nitec
    • Previous experience in administrative and customer service roles
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and WhatsApp
    • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
