The main duties of the general manager are to be responsible for the daily business operation and management of the company, to sign external contracts and handle business with the authorization of the board of directors; Organize the management team, propose the appointment and removal of deputy general manager, chief economist, chief engineer, department manager and other senior staff, and submit to the board of directors for approval; Report the business situation to the board of directors on a regular basis, and submit annual reports and various statements, plans and programs to the Board of directors, including business plans, profit distribution plans, and loss recovery plans.
