This position reports to the Supervisor of Account and Document Management and is responsible for managing customer documentation and ensuring customers' document are safe-keep in an orderly manner.
Specific Responsibilities
- Manage and store the documentations received from the Transaction Banking teaM/Front office/customer in relation to customer and file them.
- Digitalisation of existing/new customer documents into the document management system (DMS).
Competencies
- Active participation in the digitalisation process of physical documents into the Bank's document management system.
- Gain experience with the internal filing system, database management and record of physical and digital account opening documents, including learning to identify documentation type, filing and reviewing for completeness of the documents.
- Able to gain knowledge and understanding through direct involvement in the operational process for account opening for corporate clients.
