Description

We are hiring for the role of Clinic Receptionist / Customer Service.

Psych Connect is a Psychological clinic. We cater for expat and local families and individuals. We work with both children and adults and cover clients from a diverse demographic background.

We are looking for someone who is warm and caring toward the families we work with but, also is organized and work in a fast paced environment.

Manage customers' inquiries about the services offered by the company promptly.
Support therapy team with scheduling client appointments.
Collection of payment; using NETS, credit card machine.
Attend to all incoming and outgoing calls.
Attend to walkin customers inquiries.

Requirements:

Diploma in any discipline.
Experience in front line customer service is preferred.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a fast pace environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel).
Good written and spoken skills in English.
Excellent customer service and strong office administration skills (including being comfortable with technology and computers).
5 days work week (one of work days will be a Saturday).
Salary will commensurate with experience.
