Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with senior management to continuously research, develop and refine the corporate strategies for SDAX's overall medium to longterm business plan, commercial priorities, and business expansion strategies.
  • Support company's fundraising efforts, including preparing pitch decks for potential investors, business plan, financial projections, and data room.
  • Organise and provide corporate secretarial support for Board meetings.
  • Prepare regular management reports to provide business updates and commercial performance tracking for senior management and board of directors.
  • Manage and support crossdepartmental projects on an adhoc basis.

Requirements:


  • University degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Accountancy or other relevant degree.
  • At least 2 years of previous working experience in corporatelevel strategy planning, business development or related business areas preferred.
  • Experience in the financial industry is an added advantage.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive and independent personality with good project management and analytical skills.
  • Need to be highly proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
